Architectural Foam, Dryvit, Stone Veneer & Waterproofing

Florida EIFS & Plastering Contractors completed multiple exterior scopes for the Mavis Tires project in Ocala, Florida, including architectural foam installation, Dryvit materials, manufactured stone veneer, and exterior waterproofing details.

Our architectural foam scope included the installation of custom exterior foam elements finished with Dryvit materials, along with properly integrated metal flashing beneath the architectural foam to help manage water and protect the building envelope.

For the manufactured stone veneer installation, our team prepared the substrate with a scratch coat and installed metal flashing beneath the stone veneer system to provide proper drainage and long-term moisture protection.

Careful attention was given to transitions between the architectural foam, stucco surfaces, stone veneer, and flashing components, creating a durable, cohesive, and water-resistant exterior wall assembly.
